We decided to put the boys together in one room so we can still have a guest room. We took the french doors out of the back bedroom and put in new windows. I'm really pleased with how it turned out (thanks mom for helping with the painting, etc). William was upgraded to a twin bed and we converted his toddler bed back to a crib for Dylan. It took a couple nights for William to get use to it, but now he likes his big-boy bed and room. We moved him into this room in May so that he had a lot of time to adjust before the baby arrived.

This turned out SO good. It looks like it belongs in a showroom! I am saddened by the removal of the french doors, but it makes complete sense to me and the windows look great.
